In 1980, I was born on the banks of the Mississippi River, in a small Delta town. I attended Memphis College of Art, where I received a BFA. In 2005 I left the South for San Francisco, Seattle, and am currently living in New York. I love to travel and my turnoffs are other “Artists”.

I’ve worked for Microsoft, Rollingstone.com, Seattle’s Best Coffee, Sub Pop, Creature Advertising Agency, and Lord & Taylor.

I am inspired by many photographer, such as Joel Sternfeld, Stephen Shore, Phillip Lorca diCorcia, W. Eugene Smith, Bruce Davidson, Irving Penn, William Eggleston, and NOT Annie Leibovitz.
